We respect the privacy of your Personal Data and take all administrative and technical measures necessary to protect your data.
Personal Data of Our Web Visitors
Device and Input Information
As soon as you access our website, we automatically collect some technical information such as internet protocol address, domain name, internet service provider, device brand, model, operating system version in order to increase the quality of the service we provide to our users.
IP Address
Your IP address is a number assigned by your internet provider and allocated to the mobile device you are using. This number is automatically identified and stored as soon as you log in to the internet or provide access. The purpose of collecting and storing IP addresses in this way is to detect the usage intensity of the Application, possible access problems, to increase the service quality and to protect our system against malicious users.
We would like to remind you that although IP address information does not qualify as direct Personal Data as a rule, in some exceptional cases such as the detection of crimes and misdemeanors, or your IP address may be associated with your other personal information and in this way your IP address may also gain the character of Personal Data.

In case you fill out the Contact Form on our site, we record your name, e-mail and message content to help you.
Our processing period for your Personal Data is limited to the processing periods required for us to perform the service we provide, taking into account the periods required by the legislation. We periodically review the Personal Data we process and irreversibly delete them if the processing purposes/periods have expired.
By Which Method and for What Purpose Do We Process?
We process your Personal Data, by automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally or in writing, in physical or electronic environments,

What are the Legal Reasons for Data Processing?
Your Personal Data is processed within the framework of the following legal reasons, except for cases that require your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5 of the Law - in which cases no processing activity will be carried out without your explicit consent:
- In order for us to comply with the rules clearly stipulated in the laws,
- Because it is directly related to the execution of the contract we established in order to offer you services through our application,
- Because it is mandatory to fulfill some of our legal obligations,
- In case data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
To Whom Do We Transfer Your Data?
In general principle, we do not transfer your personal data belonging to you as a single person to anyone.
We may share your Personal Data with judicial authorities, relevant law enforcement forces or authorized public institutions in case of resolution of legal disputes or upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation.
We may share your personal data with natural or legal persons from whom we receive services (for example, call center) or our business partners (affiliated companies or company partners), including lawyers and auditors, within the framework of confidentiality agreements we will make, limited to the purposes listed above.
In some cases required for the processing and storage of your Personal Data on our behalf within the scope of the purposes listed above, we may share your data with 3rd parties who process data. The agreements to be made with these 3rd parties will be of a nature to protect your Personal Data at the highest level, and we will keep all kinds of transactions under control.

What Can You Do About Your Personal Data?

- Learning whether Personal Data related to yourself is being processed,
- Requesting information related to your processed data if they have been processed,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Learning the purpose of processing your Personal Data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Requesting correction of your Personal Data if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Requesting the deletion/destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear,
- Requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred in case of correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- Requesting compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your Personal Data
Responsibility
Despite all the administrative and technical measures we take, BackupSwarm and its managers will not have any responsibility in case your data is seized, used, changed, transferred to 3rd parties, disclosed and subjected to similar transactions as a result of any cyber attack or unlawful action outside our control.
We would like to remind you that the physical security of your login/logout processes, your device, your SIM card and your phone number is your responsibility. In case your device or SIM card is seized by a 3rd person against your will, you change or cancel your phone number, we request you to notify us as soon as possible from the support section in the application or from our communication address below. Upon receipt of your notification, we will make the highest effort to protect your account.
Changes in Our Policy
We reserve the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions provided in this Clarification Text. We will inform you immediately in case of any change or cancellation.
Miscellaneous Provisions
This Clarification Text is an integral part of the Application Usage and Membership Agreement. For matters not included in this text, the provisions of the Usage and Membership Agreement will apply.

To use your rights mentioned in this Clarification Text or to report any of your views or questions regarding your Personal Data, you can reach us anonymously using the support form on the website or you can reach us via phone, e-mail or mail from the contact information below. We will make the highest effort to fulfill your requests promptly.
In order to determine whether the application belongs to you, some additional verifications (such as sending a message to your registered phone, being called) may be requested. For example, in case you make an application via your e-mail address, we can reach you using another communication method and request confirmation of whether the application belongs to you.
Depending on the suitability and nature of your request, we will conclude the relevant request free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
